Need a New E-mail Account

I'm looking place to get an e-mail account. I'm trying to stay away from hotmail and yahoo because first this forum doesn't allow access with it. Any other good free e-mail services out there?

If you are an NSXCA member, you can get a @NSXCA.org email address...

If you aren't... well... it's not free.

Also, this is a forwarding address. Not a POP3 or Web interface...
