does anyone have racing hart m5 3piece wheels on their nsx? i was thinking 18x8 and 19x10 but wanted to know about the caliper clearance. and if anyone does have this setup, can you please send me pictures? thanks.

I don't think the caliper clearance will be the issue... It will be fender clearance if anything. I do know that Mike Escanlar who has the GruppeM SC had the 19x10 rear and 18x? front Blitz Z1 Techno Speed's. This was along time ago, and they did rub although his was extremely lowered. At that time he did drive from LA to SF and back again. I didn't notice any tire or fender damages and said it wasn't too bad of a drive but... His cars are always in top show quality and I'm not sure if uses them for anything else. I don't knoww if this is what you are looking for.
