Are you talking about this:

I assume it translates to something like "Setup complete" (if you're running a Japanese version of Windows). It just appears to be a confirmation message (not an error).

The prompt is a confirmation that the screen saver has been installed. If you are running Windows, you can go to control panels > display > screen saver to modify settings.
