to my understanding, you need to add a control box (i know T3Tec and RFY have it)Basically the control box has 4 wire (power in, ground, speed in, power out/ground out)when speed signal >25 or 30km/h>activate the reverse solenoid in order to protect the reverse gear / avoid mis shifting to the reverse during moving to the front
