Painted tails, not some cheap film that is NOT shiny.

And yes, instead of the cheap rain gutter mesh that the OEM or Downforce rear valence comes with, I had these upgrades made.

looks good. on my old cars, i would use night shades as a base coat, then a heavy clear coat over the top and then use a finishing paint polish.

grill looks good..i think the tail lights are too dark really..that's my opinion though..LED would look sick behind those lights..

Looks good.

Did you leave the grill silver to break up the color?
I think l.e.d. tail lights would look better under there.

I'm going to swap out the bulbs in the rear to full LED replacements.

I wanted to leave the mesh grill there to show other 02+ NSX guys that I'm more baller than their plastic rain gutter stuff.

I'm going to have it powder coated gloss black later on.

Lookin' good Batman! Keep up the good work on your baby!

Love this look. How was this done? I don't understand the light...dark thing mentioned above. DIY or leave it to a professional paint guy?
Thanks,
-Robert

.....Are all those burnout marks on your driveway?....

Nope. Just driving at low speeds.

I re-coated the driveway with 75 gallons of top coat around this time of the year, every year.

But this time I switched from my usual brand from Home Depot and tried the one from Lowe's. Major mistake. It showed tire tracks and was inconsistent.

Good (Home Depot) $31.65/EA-Each:

Bad (Lowes) $29.98:
