LONG time no talk....it's been over half a year. Lots of new faces. Been busy with University, and such, and I still don't have enough $$ for a real NSX, but it's all good. Glad to see that most of the guys are still here. I hope everyone is doing well.
Anyhow, about a year ago, I asked up about any R/C NSX, and I found out about Tower Hobbies, and HPI Racing, so I finally had the chance to purchase a 1/10 scale nitro car by HPI! Cost me quite a bit (over 300$ canadian, and about another 200$ in stuff/tools/nitro fuel) but it was all worth it.
This car is very similar to the one is April's issue of Road and Track (April fools stuff), except it's got the stock 0.5hp engine instead of the 1.0hp engine. If all goes right, I should get the 1.0hp (or 1.25hp) engine by the end of March/early April. The only add ons are a racing clutch, and a 2 speed transmission. It goes about 35-40kph, which is decent enough.

Right now I have 3 bodies: a really beat up and very VERY busted up Skyline GT-R body (from eBay, NOT shown), the good Skyline body (painted by myself) and the NSX body (from eBay)

Well, the 1/10 scale season should be starting up soon, so I'll be running my car and having fun, as well as learning new stuff on it (I'm still very new...only been in this for a year)
