Those look like Hyper Black TSW Kyalami's without the center caps.

I remember Elxier had those wheels. Now seeing them again I NEED them!!

From talking with Elxier he had got a BMW center cap and put Acura stickers on them.

I'm running Eibach with oem shock. I tried H&R just too low for my taste.

Why are there so many holes around the center-cap area, other than for the lugs?!?

(is it for 4, 5 lug universal fitment?)

Because they are designed to work on many different lug patterns. Kind of cheapens the wheel IMO.
