This year Eibach was at the Irwindale Speedway due to the sheer size of the previous meets. It has historically been held at the Eibach HQ, but the event has exceeded the capacity of the parkinglot. It was great, a lot of car diversity, and a lot of cool people. I actually ended up randomly meeting another 5th Gen Prelude owner (I brought the Prelude), and him and a couple of his friends ended up hanging out at my canopy for the day.
These guys drove down from Washington (18 hr drive) to attend the meet. I instantly spotted the guy on the right (ITR owner) due to his 'California tan'
Purchased the kit from my former employer, Bulletproof Automotive
Very clean 5th gen Prelude
Rays Speed Choppy wheels. Anyone know what the ring is for? Styling? The owner didn't know, and said they are fairly brittle, which is why the wheels are so rare.
Really liked this black SI
Favorite car of the event!
The Motocompo is designed to fold up and fit in the back of the City.
In dash cooler, so freaking... COOL!
Loved the wheels on the left one.
Funny story, so at the end of the day, the owner of this car and his friend found me and gushed to me over my build for 30 minutes. They are super in love with my car and were extremely excited to see it in person. It was the first time I've been fanboyed on, and it was pretty awesome The owner jocked my wheel setup down to my lugs and center caps (well, my old setup at least). Flattered! They were really cool guys, and I was really glad to meet them.
People were coming in all day
Definition of bling bling
Enjoyed this Civic.
Very rare Seeker spoiler, I'm actually curious if I sold it to him, as I sold 2
These were the guys I hung out with. Very clean Accords, both h22 swapped.
And nicely styled Prelude, not my personal style, but I think it is very well executed.
Woo 5th Gen Preludes!
Really fun day, I was glad I ended up bringing my EZUP because it's really nice to have a place to go to and sit. It's funny because I actually had forgotten about it and found it in the trunk of the Prelude the night I was prepping it. It was still in there since the last time I went to Buttonwillow
