I'm looking through some of Honda Motor Company Ltd's legal reports. In the section on principal lines of business, it says that they are in three segments - motorcycles, automobiles, and power products - and the automobile segment has its products listed as "compact cars", "sub-compact cars", and "minivehicles" (none of the models listed in the last category are available in North America).

Here's the kicker: the NSX is listed as a "compact car". Does this look like a "compact car" to you?

Here are two more vehicles listed as "compact cars":

I would hate to hear what they consider to be a mid-sized car, let alone a full-sized car... :D

I think thats because they are trying to direct translate from Japanese..In Japan private vehicles are refered as "compact private car"
Large vehicles are refered to commecial trucks cargo trucks..

so even if you own a UHAUL , it will be refered as "compact private truck" to them

It's almost exactly the same length as my Integra Type R.

I just wish it didn't weigh 371 pounds more!
