That looks very old, dry, and dead.A few weeks ago, I was walking down the street (minding my own business) and I was about thirty feet from a telephone pole with a transformer on it. Next thing I see is a white flash, and an explosion, all the cars around me have their alarms going off. There must have been a surge or spike, because it seemed to have happened at every transformer down the street. The telephone poles were rocking from side to side 4-6 feet, it was that violent.
