As noted above, I think you're going to have to paint - whether you repaint a used hood from someone else, or paint a new hood from scratch. I'm not sure of the advantages/disadvantages between these two choices, but the factory vs after-factory paint issue is irrelevant here.Best bet is to locate a top-notch body shop and discuss your options with them.
