Back to OP: you need to get the CCU climate board capacitors ("caps") replaced. Normally, BrianK does this work and performs a great job.Since you are in the Abu Dabi, it would probably be a lot easier to fix it locally (or yourself). This can ruin parts of the circuit board ("PCB")...making a simple repair difficult even for a skilled person.
