Folks-

I went to replace my factory rubber pedals with the Mugen set (which I took off my 2000 Integ.Type R).......ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE NSX ACCELERATOR DOES NOT HAVE ANY MACHINED HOLES TO SCREW THE PEDAL IN!!! Does anyone else have the Mugen set up, and if so, how did you solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

P.S.: The brake and clutch pedal look sweet though, but weird at the same time without the matching accelerator pedal.

Well, I purchased the pedals from Kingmotorsports.com in 2000 for my Type R. But the Item # is the same for NSX, so I assume thay are the same set for all cars. I have a 95 NSX. I took the plastic accelerator pedal cover off, but no holes to secure the Mugen accelerator pedal. Does yours have holes?

I have the Mugen pedals. You are correct, the accelerator cannot be used unless you drill holes into the pedal. Others had said this was not necessary but the Mugen instructons say you need to drill holes. The Mugen accelerator pedal also does not follow the curvature of the accelerator well enough to use an adhesive tape. Not wanting to drill into my accelerator, I elected to get another after market accelerator pedal. The pedal I bought is not a bad match for the Mugen Brake and Clutch pedals and was easily applied with brackets and double sided foam tape. I'm sorry I can't remember the brand. Good Luck
