an airbox like that would not be that difficult to make, nor would a connection with a roof scoop.

the hard and expensive part would be the custom ITB setup that goes with that box, along with the engine tuning.

but that would be sick!

From the way it looks, the timing cover still is on the right side of the engine. It is just got the front exhaust manifold in covering it now.
