The mounting bracket which is needed to go from 91-97 to 97+ discs is not available unless you buy the caliper package from Honda. So what to do if I want to go for 97+ brake discs. I don't want a BBK either.

You have to buy the original kit from Honda with the calipers for a lot of money or do a search for some used ones, but this is always a risk.

We have a set of 97+ mounting brackets in stock, the NSX-R version for the 298 mm rotors, but not for sale.

If I remember right I wrote you how you can tune your NA1 brake kit without changing these things.

I would clamor to SOS and see if they can do some billet replacements. There seems to be a big demand for them.

I have a complete set if 97+ brakes on my 91...and it makes no discernible difference.

Dali is supposed to have aftermarket brackets made and "on the way"...but my information is a month old.

Thanks for the info.
Actually my garage (Rikli, Swiss Motorsports) is thinking about braket adapters where the 91+ brakets can be 're'used. He has done this on his Civic race cars, Swiss quality. :)
The 91-brake discs just look silly even with 17/18 wheels. Advantage over big brake kit: OEM 16/17 can be used and no special offset wheel will be needed. Important to me. :)
Maybe the set is available in spring.
