I'm looking forward to reading your books, tapes, etc what have you to loan to me re: the real estate biz (haven't seen you in awhile).

I'm still kinda clueless as to what you and Phil actually DO. I mean, besides helping people find a roof over their heads. That much I know! You mind enlightening me with some details?
 
to keep it short, phil gathers loan as a broker....and i sell them to investors :D. i create my own pricing (rate sheet) and profit on that margin......and a little extra when i sold it :D . next time when i see you, i will have the tape for ya........i''ll gather them and put it in the car just in case we run into each other.

well, thank you so much. since you asked, i do need help. i am in the process of cleaning up my pipeline and go on the next project. with that being said, i am open to any opportunity that comes along over six figures........i am specialized in the secondary market and good at it!!! :D i am worth every penny of it.
