Here is the (non)response received from Ebay investigations:
Hello,
I appreciate you notifying SafeHarbor with your concern with the title
status of the Acura NSX T- Targa listed by richterenterprises.
Due to the extensive research needed to investigate this case, I will
not be able to disclose the outcome of my actions at this time. You can
rest assured that I will take appropriate action based on the results of
my findings.
I wish you the best with your future transactions.
Kind regards,

First off I'm not sure I trust anyone named "Autumn" to protect me against fraud but that's neither here nor there. Obviously Ebay could give a rat crap about fraud.
Regarding the suspicions posted above about hendrix48: I agree that it seems a bit odd. To my certain knowledge three of the bidders on this auction were contacted. Only one responded and none withdrew their bids. Very strange. If I'd been bidding on this car and someone contacted me with the information about its' past history I'd have been all over it. Weird.
BTW, hendrix48 did bid on another NSX the other day, a 2002 that had less than 1000 miles on it.
