Was on the news here this morning, they said they charged because they refused to evacuate the people from the home.
For some reason i get the feeling there will be more cases like this.

....because they felt moving the people would kill them for sure. Most patients were on feeding tubes.
I can't imagine someone running a business and intentionally killing their clients. The very success of the business depends on the client staying alive.
