These are the current brake set that replace/update the Comptech Pro set. The CT set were designed in the early 90's from what was available then. These are 2000+ vintage with bigger pads, beefier calipers that are more rigid and a better design which is more stable under extreme conditions. These are differential sized pistons for better balance, wider rotors on the front to help with wear on the heavier loaded end of the car. Weight is a bit lower than the F-50 package, the front calipers are 4 mm narrower as well.This is the set of brakes which one could go run the world challenge, or a 24 hour race and never need to worry, all for about $11K to make the whole package! $7K in calipers alone...
