Hi, I have that shift knob, but no pictures unfortunatley. It's great. The trick is to take the cosole top off. with the boot still in place. After removing the factory knob and clip of course. Then sorta "roll over" the boot material inside of itself. It takes some work, but then take a zip tie and make it just big enough to fit up underneath the boot. Slide the boot over the shift lever with that zip tie a little bit loose but in place, so that the boot material is folded inside itself. After you got it on, with a pair of pliers reach underneath and snug that zip tie up so that it pulls the boot material kinda tight around the shift lever. This gives a nice clean look, no strings or zip ties exposed at all, yet snug and tight around the shift lever. Then install the MOMO shift knob on top, the material will move to be flush with the bottom of the shift knob, and looks good. I am very happy with it. I replaced my stock knob with this one and like it alot. It's cheaper than the factory replacement by a bit, looks very similar, but feels even better, in my opinion. It's not "flashy" and blends in well for my black interior. Hope that helps.
