Do these need adapters or will they just pop right on as is?

of course you do

you need adaptor for any aftermarket steering wheels.

Sparco and Momo does use the same pattern... some you have different bolt pattern...

you also need hub spacer in case you are not using SOS / Taitec hub ....... or else the wheel will get too close to the stalks...
