I have a carbon fiber steering wheel with a flat bottom for sale. It is the same diameter as the stock wheel, but much beefier. The side grips are perforated leather, and the rear has a nice knurled grip. The horn and cruise control buttons have also been modified with carbon fiber. This was an OEM wheel that was modified, so it retains the factory airbag (does not come with airbag). This wheel was purchased from Advans CPAP a couple years ago. It was shipped from Japan. Leather and carbon fiber are in perfect condition. Since modification, wheel has been used for approx 200 miles.
