Man - You have some significant suspension parts missing, not only the brackets to hold up your brake cable http://www.nsxe-repair.com/files/acuraparts/acuraparts/images/13SL00_014_2.gif - part #2 Rod 'A' looks like it's not there for sure - that's what bolts onto the cast aluminum part you have arrowed in your pic.
