misc. interior pieces, please help.

i need the following:

1. trunk carpet
2. factory head unit
3. climate control display cover (all i need is the lens that protects the LCD display, as mine is faded, but i'll take whatever you're willing to sell)
4. factory center console trim (surrounds the climate control, stereo, shift knob, etc.)
5. factory steering column (the part that has the cruise controls on the left is all i need)
6. shift knob (any)
