My wife took our TL in to the Acura dealer because the rear passenger window wouldn't work from the driver's switch. It worked fine using the switch in the rear. Well they took apart the rear passenger door and said we need a new motor. After they put it back together, the rear switch wouldn't work anymore. When my wife asked how it could be the motor when the rear switch operated the motor just fine, the manager said it's too complicated to explain. They had the nerve to try to charge for the diagnostic after breaking the rear switch and taking apart the wrong door. Am I missing something here? Shouldn't they have looked at the driver's door first?
