Minor Rust on coils, should I be concerned?

I have some minor rust on the tops of the coil plates. There was no water or signs of water making it down into the plug holes. I was wondering if this is something to be concerned about.

On my car the coil on the rear bank - passenger side has some rust similar to your pics. I don't know if it's cause for concern, but I suspect it's a common condition.

As long as there is no corrosion on the electrical connections every thing should be fine. The steel plates look just look like reinforcements/support for the plastic body of the coil.
