Might have found the right NSX

This is the cleanest NSX I have found near me and I am considering buying it. Opinions and recommendations are welcomed. Where should I take the car for timing belt service in east coast NYC/Maryland/Virginia area?

Looks like a nice solid -stock example.
Clean carfax, any paint / body work?
Is the needed maint included in the price?
Will it need to be shipped?
Do you plan to change exhaust & wheels?
Just asking as you could plop a quick $6K + into it overnight.
(Maint/exhaust/Tires & wheels)

Aside from that looks like a great car!
(And I am one of the few that believes it takes at least 30k to get a good one)

He has owned the car for 14 years (neurologist) clean carfax, titanium key included, owners manual, CD changer. I will change the timing belt/water pump and do 60k service. He says you can eat of the seats/underbody its thats clean, not in snap ring range, tires and brakes 85%left. I am flying this weekend to pick her up after clean bill of health from PPI, safety inspected plus emissions 04-07. Planning on keeping stock exhaust maybe NAtype2 wheels.

Am I missing out on a feature of the NSX or something? It says this car has Memory Seats.....Unless you consider the seat staying in the position you left it in when leaving the car or YOU remembering where you had it I didn't know the car had that option.
