That's the sub-woofer enclosure cover. Those come up from time to time on the Prime parts-for-sale board. The cover is not available separately from Acura and the entire sub-woofer/enclosure assembly (39140-SL0-A02) runs over $1100 discounted.

some people have 4-5 of them collecting dust because when installing an aftermarket sub enclosure the customer doesn't need or want it any more lOL
