While driving southbound on the 210 fwy, my wife and I saw a black McLaren F1 with Michigan plates. I thought I would post here to see if anyone knew of one in the area. I was not driving the NSX (like it would have mattered), but I caught up to it on the right and was in disbelief of what I was seeing. These being in the million dollar price range, I have always read about them and have seen many a photo layout, but never thought I would see one driving on the highway. The guy was really darting in and out of traffic like it was nothing special (the car). I waited for it to come beside me, so I could show my wife the center driving position. I moved out of the way to let the car by and, sheat, if it wasn't Jay Leno. I waved and he waved back, the nice guy he is. I met him at a local car show and he was just hanging out with everyone like he was one of the guys. A real car buff, but I have seen his collection, but never thought he was into supercars, as his collection was always muscle cars and oddball oldies. I commented(before we saw who it was) to my wife that I could never drive a McLaren without sweating bullets. Once I saw Jay, I figured he could afford anything that might happen.
