I recently acquired a set of Marga Hills Side Skirts and when trying to fit them I was unsure of the modification that has to be done with the Front Section to make them fit stock fenders. I would appreciate any pictures and information on how to make them fit.

you just need to smooth out all the rough edges, and once you get everything lined up, just mark some points where you want to put the screws and your done.
no need for custom fenders.

if you end up taking it to a professional shop, i recommend taking it to a custom shop that have extensive experience in custom work, and not some "professional" body shop.

i've had a lot of experience with professional body/paint shops and they always never do a good job.

NSX requires a custom shop that understands "show cars" like the guys that do the alpine cars.

then there are your professional body shops for those ok jobs that youre never satisfied with. but then again they don't charge or make enough money to really care to do a perfect show quality job.
prepping is the hardest part of all. it takes a rediculous amount of time to get any piece perfect whether its OEM metal or ABS, a polyurethane wing west kit, or a fiberglass kit.

FURYNSX has some pics i believe, and DONWON did a pretty good job too.

Erick, I appreciate your information but the problem that I am having is being able to mark and drill a screw hole in the front section. There does not seem to be enough material 1/2" to wrap around the fender to secure it with a screw.

i see what you're saying.
its weird how marga hills decided to design it like that. basically leaving no material there to wrap around the front fender well.
even with the replicated ones, no one has bother to change the design.
the kits look great, but the design with fitment was always poor to begin with. marga hills sides always seemed to require that extra attention.
if you know how to lay fiberglass, i suppose you can add more for reinforcement. thats all i can think of for now

normally, they way these skirts mount with a few bolts along the sills and maybe one or 2 bolts in the rear fender well. the skirts are pretty well constructed so the strength should keep it stable.

thats what has been done on several cars, and they seem to be holding up quite nicely. i'll take some pics sometime this week once i repair my digicam.

there's plenty of dudes on the forum that have these skirts. lets wait and see how they went about it.
goodluck
