Sounds like BS. If so, it will get shut down before it hits the market. If not I know what I will be doing. Going into business uninstalling / hacking them.
Jeez, just take humans out of the equation altogether and make new cars (except for sports cars, which would require a license to operate) self-driving. That would be a better use of technology than using it to monitor people.
