Man jumps over NSX on the news

I was watching Sacramento Fox 40 News this morning and they were showing a man doing a flip over a moving NSX.

I cant find the video on their site but did anyone else see this? Is the owner of the NSX on Prime? Looked like it might have been a Brooklands Green NSX.
