Hi all

I need some advice on where to make a cut or separate the front turn signal lens from base part of the turn signal (the ones located on the front bumper), I was thinking of using a hot knife to make the cut; this is for a LED project that I’m going to try. As usually any input would be greatly appreciated.

Ok update tried using a hot knife but it was not working, so I switched to a Dremel tool with a cutting. I cut at the base of lens like MPKR91 suggested and I want to thank him, I cut at one end of the lens, and it separated the rest of the way without cutting.
Now I can start purchasing working on the LED’s

sounds right. my dremel started sparking and shut off so I used a hand saw with the same results. glad it worked. i also separated mine for the same reason, but decided not to(got to lazy). try oznium.com for some leds if you haven't decided on what you want yet. glad i could help

Okay I’ve been all over the net looking at Led’s, does anyone know what kind of led’s clearcorners is using in their kits? they look great but not the price. Thanks
