once you're beyond the first 90K servicing, how do you all go about with servicing post 90K miles?

Do you start with 30K then 60K then 90K again?

No. If you did that, then the things you changed at 60K wouldn't get changed again until 150K, and 90K miles are too long to wait for those items.

The 30K/60K/90K services are mostly identical, except for the following differences, which you can handle as follows for 120K/150K/180K/etc:

1. The following items are only specified for 60K, so you should also do them at the same interval (i.e. 60K/120K/180K/240K):

- Fuel filter and hoses
- Spark plugs
- ABS high pressure hose

2. The timing belt and water pump on a '91-96 are only specified for 90K, so you should also do them at that interval (i.e. 90K/180K/270K). (For a '97+, it's 105K/210K/etc.)

3. You'll be flushing the coolant when you replace the water pump, so at that point, you can change from the scheduled 45K/75K to 90K/120K/150K/etc. (still every 30K miles or 2 years).

The above assumes that you are driving 15K miles/year, so that you are doing maintenance based on mileage, rather than time. The same thing would be true of the time intervals (24/48/72 months) if you hit them before the mileage intervals (30K/60K/90K miles).
