$450 seems like a great price for springs including install labour - remember to get an alignment done at a quality shop afterwards though! Eibachs are less agressive than H & R & may be better choice, especially if you are concerend about going too low. With a full coil-over replacement you can adjust the height to whatever you like - much more $$$$ of course.One thing to consider since you're leasing - you're going to have to return the car to stock at the end of the lease so keep the original parts - I would also suggest not painting the wheels for the same reason - get after-market wheels by all means, but keep the OEM's.
