No. I saw it on a yellow nsx here on prime. The very center of the spoiler curls up right below where the front license plate would be. Looks stock other than the curl. In the picture it was painted body color.

Show us the picture if you can find it.

was the car from Canada?

Imagine if the lower lip is fiberglass and its warm enough to mold. Take the celter section say 10 inches and grab the bottom and roll it up about two inches and its a rounded roll. That's what it looks like. A sheet of dough and you roll it just a little. Im still looking for the picture then I'll post it and you'll all hopefully know why it is. I'm so mad at myself for not paying more attention to the forum I was in.

Sounds like the Do-luck front bumper cover that mexiricer posted I have a pic up on the for sale section as I am selling one it might look different due to color contrast on a black NSX?

That looks like it. If it were body color then you could see the lip better. Too bad its older generation headlight or I'd buy it. Thanks all!!

It sounds like you are talking about the Shine GT lip. It's exactly as you described it.... wait... you said it curls up directly under the license plate area... this might not be it then.
