This past week I went up to Hendersonville NC for the Top Dawg Airfield event with the Z/G/GTR Days. We are always honored to be invited to this event. You have to be a high horsepower vehicle 400+. This is the third year in a row I have done this event and all I can say is d*mn, these vehicles are getting FAST.
I was happy to be going out there with 456whp and 333tq @3000lbs but these G35s and GTRs running E85 and turning up the boost are just insane.
Needless to say my car will pull on a stock or "lightly" modded GTR but if they have any serious mods, I can't keep up. Throughout the day I ended up racing about 10-15 different cars about 20 different runs. (only a few video taped) and I have to say I was EXTREMELY pleased with the way the lovefab system performed. Everyone raved on how the car sounded as well as how it jumped out on most cars. Doing 40mph rolling races puts the boost and vtec in the sweet spot while in second gear.
I raced until 4pm and it was time to go. By the end of the day, most of the G35s, 350z had broken down and were leaking oil/antifreeze or both. I was please to see that my needle had not moved nor did I burn any oil. All of this after a 2 hour drive up there and a 2 hour drive home.
I am very pleased with the Lovefab System and over the years, it has not let me down.
