It seems it fell off and is now in the space between the fender and the inner body. I tried getting it out but I don't know how or if it can go down the hole. I assume it can go down the space to the right where water might drain. I tried using long plastic tweezers but they were too short and my hand is too big.
What can I use onto the end of a stick to grab the rubber part?

It is usually in the drain hole. Look for where the drain hole goes into the engine bay and push it out from the bottom up.

It is what it is.In past xpos I did my own little survey and 25% of the cars I inspected were missing at least one. They are cheap so buy a few packs,I think they only come two in a bag and keep them in the car.

I fished mine out w/ a long stick that had very sticky tape double wrapped on the end.

Then, once you get it out, stick it on the tabs w/ some rubber cement so that it is less likely to fall off again (I used Shoe Goo).

Sorry, I can't get access that link. I think the website blocks overseas access. I don't know how to get around that.

Henry.
