Take your vin number and registration/ proof of ownership to a Acura Dealer and they will make you another one.
Talk about stressful. The dealer here wouldn't sell me a key b/c the title isn't in my name yet. He wouldn't accept the bill of sale.
SO, I had to drive 45 minutes to another Acura dealer where the guy there was more than helpful. Sold me three keys for $5.
