Looking to Trade M3 for NSX

FYI in case anyone is interested in trading their NSX for an M3 or knows of someone looking for a sporty 5 seater coupe. I am looking for a 1997 and up model with preferably lower mileage. Black exterior is my first choice but I will consider other colors. I will add cash to even out the trade, if necessary. Here are the details on my M3.

2004 BMW M3
Silver grey metallic exterior
Imola Red leather interior with aluminum accents
Mileage: 6,5XX
6 speed manual transmission
Clean title / No accidents (VIN no. WBSBL93474PN58274)
Upgrades: 19" rims, xenon headlights, Alpine CD player with IPOD auxiliary input, Valentine radar detector hardwire
Free factory maintenance/warranty through 2008 or 48k miles

Sorry, the link previously posted was not working. It is a 2004 M3, silver grey metallic exterior with imola red interior, and very low mileage (6,5XX miles). I've also updated the original posting with more information. Thanks.
