Looking for NSX

Hi Guys, I'm looking for 91-94 NSX. Here's a couple that I've found on the forum. Please give me some comment on them.

93 NSX

94 Green NSX

The white one look really nice, but should I be worry about the 7 previous registered title?

Is 93 NSX comes with standard passenger airbag?

Is it recommened to replace the timing belt and water pump at 60k miles?
