Looking for help from a 97+ owner in the NY/CT area

Hi guys,

So I'm having issues with my EPS unit. Specifically, I have a code 22 that BrianK's fix did not resolve. My concern is that my EPS brain is dead, but I can't be sure until I test another one that works.

Is there anyone willing to meet at my tech's shop in Milford, CT to help me test this? It should only take an hour or so to check and I'd of course compensate you for your time and travel.

Before I shell out more $$$ on a potential new EPS unit, I'd really like to confirm my current one is indeed dead. Somebody, PLEASE HELP!!!

Jason, when would you like to attempt to diagnose this? I can most likely help. (Plus, I haven't driven to CT yet in the car. It'll give me an excuse to :biggrin:.. I am having work done on my basement tomorrow all day and am visiting my daughter at camp Saturday but can work something out as I am off until Tuesday. Do you still have my number? I'll PM it to you if you don't and we can work out the details..

PMed everyone back. To update, I wouldn't have the technical know-how to do the install myself but I have a tech who installed my stereo that can assist. He says the full job should take 2.5 hours, so definitely longer than I originally stated - sorry!
