The company is a small office of 9 people and we are looking for an IT consultant/service/support company that can do all the IT work such as:
1. Upgrading/Installing Software
2. Troubleshooting computer errors
3. Troubleshooting network/server/email problems
4. Recommending/Upgrading/Installing anything IT related that improves efficiency or just makes life easier or brings us out of the 80s
5. Monthly monitoring of our IT system
6. Be able to offer tech support (over phone or at location) on call
Does anyone work for or work with a company that can offer this? We dont have any complex networks.....we dont even have a server so we dont need anything over the top.....just a company that can fix computer problems as they arise and recommend/install whatever is needed from time to time.
It needs to be an actual company and not just 1 or 2 people working from a home office since that is what we had before.
