Looking for additional driver for Chump Car

Hey Guys/Gal (to be PC)

We are looking for another driver to join us for April Chump Car, it will be a 3x8 hrs format with 7-8hrs on Sat, and 8hrs NIGHT TIME driving and another 8 hours on Sunday. http://www.chumpcar.com/

We will be attending the Lemon race the weekend before the Chump if anybody want to come out and check out the race. http://www.24hoursoflemons.com/

I'd like some more info on the ChumpCar racing. I did check out the website but want to know what you are looking for.

We will have 4-5 drivers and each driver will try to put 1.5-2 hours behind the wheel or as long as you can (but DO NOT push yourself) we try to make this fun and also try to win. Since this is NOT a professional race team each driver has to pit for each other, i.e. fueling, checking time and helping driver in and out of the car.

Also, each driver pays for their own entry fee and we split the fuel that we used for the weekend.

Our first outing with Chump last year we were 1st place on Saturday and toward the end of the day our motor blew. As for the Lemon our top finish was 11th out of about 130 cars.

We will be getting together on the 12th to work on the car or if you want to grab a drink with the rest of the team.

we been using our 1988 BMW 325 for 3 years now. The second picture is what is looks like today.

I am interested in getting details on the cost of entry and also estimated cost of gas per participant. Also, what track will this take place as I've only driven at Thunderhill, Infineon and Mazda Raceway/Laguna Seca.
I will try to make it to the 12th gathering also. Let me know where and when as I am free in the afternoon.

Since some members will be at the NASA event on the 12 we had postpone this to 3/13.
