Just wondering if any of you had aftermarket 17" wheels all the way around? I wanted to see what it looked like. Thanks.

(I checked around the gallery and couldn't find anything)

The 2002 NSX is 17" on front and rear, and the wheel design is slightly different from prior years. Not sure if that helps, but it gives you an idea of what it would look like.

I request for a quote from Niello $1600/17" wheel. Minus 30% discounts. Is there other dealer that can give lower price?

So this is a pic of 17's? The 02 factory wheels are pretty agressive...

What are your all's opinions of non staggered 17's? Do you think the NSX needs that more agressive rake look with 17's up front and 18's in the rear, or is 17's all around okay.

I have a 17 combo ssr-c curently for track events. The esthetics are personal opinion but the difference is too subtle to apreciate.

That would be $4480 for a set of four. Dali Racing sells a set of four 2002 OEM wheels for $4169.

Keep in mind that the larger wheels don't affect the rake (angle) of the car, because they use lower-profile tires with roughly the same outer diameter. The only change in appearance is more wheel, less tire.

I was using the term rake loosely. It does give the car a more toyish look. I guess an extreme example is a top fuel dragster, with the giant slicks in the front and bicycle tire skinnies up front. For lack of a better term I said rake. Either way, I think some of the larger looking 17"s would be fine on an NSX. A drop would help make the wheels look bigger too.

I just recently changed my OEM wheels to the '02 wheels. With the car lowered it doesn't look as non-proportional.

I did want to point out that the '02 wheels will not fit '91-'96 NSXs. I had these wheels on my '95 before I traded up for an '01, and the '95 needed a 5mm wheel spacer to have the spokes clear the front brake calipers. The more expensive route is to upgrade to '97+ front calipers and rotors to clear the front wheels.

Thanks insx !

They are Tramont Staria 5 (French wheels) previously sold under "Axia" brand.

The front are 8x17 with 215/40/17 S03 and the rear are 9x17 with 255/40/17 S03 and 25mm H&R wheel adapters.
