Midwesterner looking to buy a moderately used Targa, '98 thru '01 range, manual transmission, preferably black, blue, or red, low-to-medium miles. Anybody know of an available car fitting these parameters ??

Don't mind traveling a reasonable distance to try to finalize a purchase for the right car.....
