Hello Everyone!!

My name is Frank, I've just started thinking about considering an Ns-x T. I've always dreamed of one. I currently own a 2000 Honda s2000 that i'm selling. This purchase won't be until the winter is over, but i figure i start looking and researching now. I'm From Vancouver, therefor I will be importing one from the states. Looking at the Na2. From everyone's experience, what do you guys think of the nsx compared to the s2000. I've heard many s2000 owners that get into an nsx go back to an s2000. Educate me a little bit about these exotic beauties boys. Also what is the best website i can use to locate Private deals in the states for nsx's??? I have no clue. Especially when they ask for zip codes. I have no fricking clue. I'm looking at the mettalic gray colour in the 6spd transmission.

Thank You in advance.

Frank,

1st time I have heard this?
Many folks here moved to an NSX from an s2000, not sure who went back?

I'm up from an S2000 also (well I'm building another one now) but this is the best site to shop for them private or dealer. The dealers will have them certified which helps alot IMO. In the market place area below are a few listed. Autotrader.com has a few as well. Have the private ones looked at by a shop before you pay. Take your time and be willing to travel. Get exactly what you want!
have fun, post pics

Frank,

I am also looking for an NSX. There are many websites I visit on a daily basis to see what is available. I always check the prime members and see whats available. For other websites the zip code you can just enter is 55555 and then you can select distance, so pick the one that is no limit in distance and you will see NSX available all over the United States. Here are some of the websites.

www.autoextra.com

www.ebay.com

www.cars.com

www.automart.com

www.nsxtraderonline.com

www.nsxtrader.com

Some of the links are already setup so you can see the NSX and some you gotta click on it. Well good luck to you in finding one. I am looking for one in Canada or the US. I am looking for automatic and they are rare. Hope these websites help you out. Take care and hopefully one day you and I will have one soon.

Hmmm...don't know about going back to a S2000. More likely you'll see owners like myself who will have both (YAY!)

In my experience (from Edmonton) I'd stick close to NSX Prime for well taken care of NSX's and then look at dealers as they give you the Acura/Honda Certified Used Car warranties. I've bought my 1991 NSX from a Prime member and couldn't be happier (great owner, service history, slight mods).

Take your time and make sure you follow the importation guidelines on www.riv.ca and also speak to some Canadian owners who've also bought U.S. cars and brought them back. Quite a few recently...

Cheers,
Jetpilot

^ Thank You very much! That was helpful. otherwise i would of been completely lost on how to get the vehicle over here.

Frank,

I would stick to this site or Autotrade.com for looking at used cars.

As for zip code, since you are in Vancouver - if you plan on flying out to drive it home look for zip codes in the states right below your area which would be Wisconsin, Illinois or Indiana. I guess it depends on how far you are willing to drive.

Zip code in chicago area is 90564 :)

Yes I've heard of many s2000 owners going to an NSX and later buyin another s2000. The two cars both have unique driving characteristics so you can't compare the two. I love how the s2000 drives so will never sell mine but eventually an NSX will be in my garage too. I know I would never sell my s2000 to be replaced by an NSX but having both is a possibility. But honestly if I can only pick one car it would be my s2000.
