Mike at Crowne inspected my car prior to my buying it a couple of months ago. I live on the other side of Orlando, about 100 miles from Clearwater and purchased the car sight unseen based on Mike's evaluation. I must have spoken to him a half-dozen times on the phone throughout the process. Every time I called I asked the receptionist for Mike and she passed me right through. They were all very graciuos and accomodating at Crowne. I met the owner at the dealership to pick up the car. Mike spent about a half-hour with me going over the car and showing me how everything worked, (I had no experience with an NSX prior to that point.)
I would certainly backup BadCarma's opinion of Mike Percy and Crowne Acura. They were essential in the purchase of my first NSX. I have a great deal of confidence in the car knowing it was inspected by such a well respected technician.

I had my first experience with Crown Acura this past week. I am a new NSX owner and my lastr car was a 911 C2. Compared to the Porsche dealer, Crown just blew them away. John is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Mike does a great job and I am looking forward to taking my car to such a great shop! My .02 cents...
