Location of hole in rear pillar trim panel for CT harness bar

Does anybody have dimensions to locate the hole that has to be cut in the rear pillar trim panel when installing the Comptech harness bar?

The hole aligns with the bolt that holds the regular seatbelt system to the "B" pillar. If you remove the cover, you can see where it aligns.
