Yeah, right click on your browser and choose the "Save Picture As..." option. Change the file name to an appropriately meaningful one, and get rid of that ".jpg" extension (you want to save it as a .gif). Once saved, just open it up from your hard drive with any program capable of recognizing animated GIFs (such as your browser), and it should show up in all its animated glory.
